The validity of the booking, in all respects, is subject to the payment of the deposit which can be made by postal order to our address or by bank transfer to the following current accounts:

Arrival

On the day of arrival the rooms will be at your disposal from 12.00.

Please let us know if you arrive after 8pm.

In case of late arrival we will be forced to charge you 100% of the price of the entire booked period.

Departure

On the day of your departure, please leave your rooms at 10.00 am.

Early departure: in case of early departure we will be forced to charge you 100% of the price of the entire booked period.

Payment

We accept all types of payment. With the possibility of settling your bill by cash (see anti-money laundering regulations), credit card or debit card (VISA, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD, ED card). Checks are accepted. For payments by check these must be paid on the same day of arrival.

Booking Cancellation

Reservations can only be cancelled in writing. For cancellations up to 45 days before the scheduled day of arrival, the deposit will be refunded; if you cancel the booking after the 45th day before the scheduled day of arrival, you will lose the deposit paid. In general, EU regulations apply to the cancellation of hotel stays and trips. If you have to cancel a hotel stay or start your stay late or interrupt it early, you will be invoiced for the hotel accommodation for the entire booked period or the deposit paid respectively will be retained. Unfortunately we cannot accept animals.

Internet

If you wish to connect to the Internet you can use your portable notebook with the WI-FI Zone service which covers our entire structure (free).
